Florida Keys History and Distribution: Not reported for the Florida Keys by John Kunkel Small in 1913. Collected once in 1933 on Ramrod Key by Hugh O'Neill (s.n., WIS). This is highly invasive on the mainland, but is no longer in cultivation in South Florida.
