Las citas en TROPICOS de Cuba y Jamaica basadas en Mickel & Smith (2004) son erróneas (como "Gr Ant"). /
Native to Mexico, Central America, South America and the Old World tropics; reported for the Greater Antilles (Puerto Rico, Hispaniola) by Proctor (1989) and others. Citations in TROPICOS for Cuba and Jamaica based on Mickel & Smith (2004) are in error – that reference merely stated “Gr Ant”.
