SOUTH FLORIDA Native Status: Native

South Florida History and Distribution: Ranked as imperiled in Rare Plants of South Florida (Gann, Bradley & Woodmansee 2002), Corallorhiza wisteriana was reranked as possibly extirpated in 2014 based on one photograph in Lee County from 1960 (Luer, 1972). This species has not been been recorded in South Florida since, and has been reranked as presumed extirpated in 2025 using updated NatureServe methodology.
