South Florida History and Distribution: Ranked as critically imperiled in Rare Plants of South Florida (Gann et al. 2002; pp 219-220) based on one occurrence at Little Hamaca Park and nearby areas on the island of Key West. It is extant there and no new native occurrences are known.

SOUTH FLORIDA Cultivated Status: Cultivated
