South Florida History and Distribution: Ranked as critical imperiled in Rare Plants of South Florida (Gann et al. 2002; pp 188-190) based on one occurrence on private property in Warwick Hammock, Miami-Dade County. It is still extant there and no new records are known.

SOUTH FLORIDA Cultivated Status: Cultivated
